We are a family owned Residential Lettings Agency established in 2005 which offers a variety of services for both landlords and tenants for local residential lettings.
We started our business after managing our own rental properties for many years. After speaking to other local landlords, it became clear that they wanted more choice when selecting a letting agent.

Many of our landlords accept pets. In some cases, you may be required to pay an extra deposit. We appreciate that your pets are your family so we actively encourage our landlords to accept pets wherever possible.
We don’t have a high street office so we don’t charge high street prices. You will still receive personal service as we are not an online agent.
We can find you a new tenant or fully manage your property. We can provide all necessary paperwork such as tenancy agreements and an inventory. We carry out referencing and Right to Rent checks.
